In this video, I talk with my friend and fellow photographer, Kevin Kleitches about the stark raving lunacy of the digital minefield photographers and creatives alike must learn to hack in order to get their work noticed. 

The talk was inspired by a conversation we had on Facebook messenger. What began as two grown men whining about the unfairness of Instagram's new algorithms turned into a productive conversation about possible solutions to the obscurity that now afflicts many of our posts.

We also talk about the direction of creative professions in general, and why now more than ever, your skills as a photographer (filmmaker, artist, painter, graphic designer, writer etc.) just aren't enough.
